Our Specialities

Dopiaza

An attractive and lively mix of garlic, ginger, peppers and fried red onions with fresh cream. Try it with our chicken, lamb, prawn, tiger shrimp or go for the vegetarian option. Add a little spice according to your taste. A particular favourite among our Rana guests.

Korma

A soft and luxurious fresh cream & almond sauce. Goes especially well lathered over chicken, yet equally at home on lamb, prawn or tiger shrimp, or select the excellent vegetarian Sabzi Korma which comes layered on potatoes, chickpeas and mushrooms.

Palak Paneer

A fantastic spinach and home-made cheese vegetarian dish, guaranteed to sate your hunger. Spice it up a little as you fancy and take it with one of our side dishes; with naan, garlic naan, chapati, or chawal basmati rice. A popular choice at our restaurant.

Tikka Masala

A perky and spicy cream sauce with cashew nuts and a combination of Tikka Masala spices including coriander, turmeric, nutmeg, cumin and more... A newcomer to our menu and already establishing itself as a firm favourite among our diners. Try it and taste for yourself.
